Made-to-Order & Custom Items Notice

• Zero-Waste Production: All of our books are crafted individually on a made-to-order basis to reduce waste. Because production begins specifically for your order, we cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns once an order has been placed into production.

• Exemption from Cancellation Rights: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke or custom-made items commissioned specifically are exempt from standard 14-day cooling-off cancellation rights.

• Defects and Damages: This exemption does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your book arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
