Made-to-Order & Custom Items Notice

• Zero-Waste Production: All of our books are crafted individually on a made-to-order basis to eliminate waste. Because production begins specifically for your order, we cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns once an order has been placed into production.

• Exemption from Cancellation Rights: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke or custom-made items commissioned specifically are exempt from standard 14-day cooling-off cancellation rights.

• Defects and Damages: This exemption does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your book arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
